2025 eh?

sorry for no posts up until now don't really use blogspot that often if i'm gonna be frank, i feel i should use it more though.

that aside happy new year, it's 2025 now and i'm STILL working on my debut album and if i'm gonna be frank i might not ever finish it considering how many times it's been through some sort of development hell i guess which is not exactly all that confident sounding but what's there to be confident about when i still haven't released my debut even after countless promises. i need to actually bother ffs and not just keep delaying like i always do but tbh i think it's because i might just have a bit of perfectionism probably?.. i don't know if it's 100% that but i've been constantly delaying and the two times i have released it i've either rushed it or released it and in both cases i did not like how the tracklisting was once i listened further.

for now i'll try to keep working on my debut but until then it's probably gonna be a good long while before i even release it.
nothing that exciting. but that aside i do have a surprise planned hence why there's a website on neocities called "daysof".
it's a countdown to something quite special and for my fans it's a countdown to the appetizer most likely.
music-wise that's about all i have to say.

life wise i'm going to therapy for my anger issues and so far out of all the times i've gone it has been going pretty damn well, next session is on the 8th which is a wednesday which also means that this is probably my last day where i'll be 100% free to do anything as i go with my psw on mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays. tuesdays i have dnd and like i said with wednesdays it's therapy, that combined with doctor's appointments basically gives me a pretty packed schedule.

back to music talk the album is delayed for a bit as i'll need to find some headphones as i broke the pair i had because my anger got the best of me. (D'OH!) but i will also have to get a dc 5v plug for some cd-r thing that i got at a goodwill which i was expecting just to primarily only need a USB which was not the case.

that's all i really have to say for this blog, uhh see you whenever i actually give a fuck and actually bother to use this blog or when i actually have something to say but i doubt anyone really cares about this blog if i'm gonna be blunt. either way enjoy the rest of your year and see you whenever once again.

proper introduction

 okay so here's a proper introduction. this is me (KASKiT) i'm an 19 year old electronic artist.
my start came from listening to skrillex when i was little who i enjoyed a hell of a lot as i was a huge dubstep fan when i was younger, i kind of grew out of it now but regardless he inspired me to start making music which originally i wanted to make dubstep but there was two issues with that, one. i couldn't make dubstep and two. if i could i would have to record it whilst pressing buttons on some random app of loops thus not really making it 100% my music. but in terms of a proper start i'd say it was around 2018 so ever since 2018 i've basically been pumping out as much music as possible while cramming EPs and singles down people's throats to hold them over for my debut which just released. anyways that's all i have to say but do expect occasional updates and whatever i guess. bye.
